Introducing Brittany Fagaloa-Time – originally from Miramar, Brittany has spent many of her childhood holidays on the beautiful Kapiti Coast, and over the years she’s developed a strong connection to this stunning region. With over 3 years of real estate experience, Brittany has gained invaluable insight working alongside a highly successful agent at one of Wellington’s top real estate companies. With her parents being long members of the property industry - her mother a property manager and father a builder, she’s been immersed in the property world from an early age.
In December of 2023, her husband Ethan and their two dogs Nyla and Zeke, she left behind the city life and made the move to the Kapiti Coast, where they purchased their first home. Since moving here, she’s enjoyed taking her dogs on hikes, playing bowls, and exploring all that this beautiful region has to offer. Brittany is always reminded about the beauty of Kapiti, particularly when driving down transmission gully with the beach & kapiti island in sight.
Brittany brings a fresh, energetic approach to real estate. She is focused on offering innovative solutions while maintaining the reliability and trust you can depend on. Brittany values loyalty and commitment, ensuring that they are prioritised both personally and professionally. She is ready to take action and do whatever it takes to ensure the best possible outcome for all her clients.
Whether you're a buyer or considering selling your home, I'm always here for a chat. No question is too big or small!
